Role: Travel Advisor
Location: Nationwide
Time: 2-year Apprenticeship programme (where you’ll join an established programme)
Salary: £4,940 (first year increasing in the second year to £7,995)

As a Travel Advisor in one of our branches you will be looking to convert general enquiries into firm bookings, while delivering superb customer service. With the unique training and support you will receive, many of our colleagues have advanced from apprentice to manager and other leading roles in the industry. Qualification
During this 2-year programme you will be required to complete a Travel & Tourism Diploma at both levels 2 & 3, including Key Skills at level 2, and other applicable examinations such as World Wide and UK Geography.
In addition to the training and support you will receive whilst working towards your Diploma(s), you will also receive additional training in Products, Key Destinations, Sales and Customer Service.
Development
On successful completion of the Travel & Tourism Diplomas you will also be given the opportunity to continue your development by completing Customer Service Qualifications, also at levels 2 & 3.
