Our Head Office complex is in Manchester city centre, where employees perform a diverse range of professional and support roles, whilst our Customer Contact Centres are based in Manchester, Leek, Stockport and Skelmersdale.
Nationwide, Customer Service Advisers and Managers look after a huge range of customer needs from our network of Co-operative Bank and Britannia branches.
Our insurance needs are satisfied by internal teams supporting our customers over the telephone.
Added to that, we have a nationwide Field Sales team that meets with customers in their own homes.
