With over 400 colleagues in our directorate, HR has a key role to play in helping to create a great place for our colleagues to work, grow and develop their financial careers.
In a business that is built around people, we make sure we have the right resources on a day-to-day basis and also plan for the future. As well as business strategy, this means giving people new skills and developing the policies and processes that make life easier for everyone.
We have an impact on every aspect of daily life in the business. In fact, we are involved with our colleagues from the moment they join to the day they leave.
There are other important aspects of our work too: ensuring that employees are treated in the same ethical, responsible and consistent way as our customers, for example; providing a seamless service through our ‘AdvicePoint’, Business Partner Teams and Wellbeing Team; and, of course, championing learning and development.
Working together as one team means we can share the same strategy, doing things consistently and improving the experience of all our people. As well as adding real value to our business. Our team works nationwide, primarily from sites in Manchester, Leek, Plymouth and London.
