What are assessors looking for?
Assessment centres are designed so that employers are able to observe how you behave when interacting either in one-to-one situations or in group settings. Each role is very different, so the behaviours being assessed vary from assessment centre to assessment centre. Behaviours may include things like communication - for example getting your point across clearly or team working (for example listening to others). The behaviours being assessed will be aligned to the role you are applying for and generally you will have information about this before the assessment day itself.
