Customer service roles

We deal with all aspects of customer service, such as queries, processing, up sell and cross selling to ensure our customers are getting the best deals. We obtain regular customer feedback data analysis and work continuously to give our customers a great service. All our incoming calls are answered within 3 rings.

To work in this team you need to possess the following skills/attributes:

  • Forward-thinking with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills.
