Customer Services Advisor
What does your day to day role entail?
My typical day is spent answering customer calls and queries and logging them onto the system. I start at 8.30am and my number one priority through until lunchtime is to help customers on our dedicated helpline. Then, depending on how busy the workload is, I sometimes attend departmental meetings, and will usually dedicate my afternoon to answering more customer queries via email.

How does the Group’s ethical approach come through in your job?
Some of the things we do are to ask all customers to recycle their products and packaging where possible. I’m also a Mencap committee member for Electrical, meaning that I’ll play a key role in all of the fundraising activity we get involved with this year.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The best thing about my job is the people I work with; I’m lucky to work with a really friendly team and truly enjoy my job. Everyone is sociable in and outside of work, and we share the same goal of helping the customer.
