Customer Services Advisor
What does your job entail?
My day to day responsibilities are taking calls from customers and dealing with their requests. Occasionally, this will involve me liaising with the manufacturer to arrange engineer visits on behalf of our customers. There is no typical day as we work shift patterns, and duties will change depending on the shift. For example, on the early morning shift, I will take calls from our Transport team, to ensure that the right product is delivered to the right customer.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I enjoy my job, because the working environment is a very friendly one, so we all support one another. Calls continually come through, meaning that my job is busy and challenging.
