There are three key stages to the selection process.
The first stage of the selection process is for us to review your CV. The second stage is a telephone interview, followed by a final stage selection event.
Selection events are held on a regular basis at locations across the UK and during these 1-day events you will be assessed on the following exercises:
- Behavioural interview
- In tray exercise
- Group Discussion
- Presentation (following a visit to a Co-operative Group Food Store)
