Regional Manager

Managing your region’s growth with a 1-to-3 year plan in place, you’ll coach your Regional and Store Operations teams on what we need to give a world-class customer experience – and make sure it’s delivered across up to 150 stores.

This means that, as well as getting people at all levels fully engaged with our brand, you’ll boost our market share and performance, and ensure we’ve a steady pipeline of future talent in every regional store or office.

Eager to surpass our already high service and leadership standards, you’ll also instil this same enthusiasm and drive across people in your region, making changes that’ll enhance our store portfolio – and prepare us for future success.  

Area Manager

Leading up to 25 stores in your region, and working closely with their Store Managers, you’ll inspire the teams you work with to give a service that’s convenient, friendly – and gets right to the heart of the community.

Realising the potential of  your store teams, you’ll help to increase footfall and sales for each store, and boost The Co-operative Food brand as you lead, develop and engage your stores leadership teams.

Focused on sales and waste costs, you’ll inspire your teams to achieve their targets and exceed our high customer service standards.
