Assistant Manager

This exciting and challenging role ensures that our operational staff have the management support they require to deliver exceptional client service and also ensures that the Manager is supported in the achievement their budgeted targets.

This is the ideal role for those who would like to take their first step into line management and offers the opportunity for individuals to take direct responsibility for a small number of branches and staff, giving them an insight into the day-to-day management of a funeral operation and a first level involvement in staff issues such as recruitment. 

In addition to the operational day-to-day running, this role requires individuals to build networks and links in the local community, with a view to growing our business by promoting the Co-operative Funeralcare.
