The Co-operative Estates is the custodian of over 10 000 properties with a diverse nationwide portfolio stretching from our retail trading outlets, through our commercial and investment portfolio, residential portfolio and agricultural portfolio to NOMA - our highly sustainable, 4 million sq ft mixed use, redevelopment in Manchester City Centre. We provide an end to end professional property service to The Co-operative's trading businesses including acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, facilities management, as well as energy and environmental management. In addition, our commercial property interests generate an annual turnover of £35m.
As part of The Co-operative Group, we are proud of our ethical and environmental commitments.
