Sales and Marketing
By developing new products and marketing across all our sales channels, our focus is on developing new business opportunities, not least by managing relationships with our sales and redemption partners, which include AXA Sun Life, Engage Mutual Assurance, Newcastle Building Society, West Bromwich Building Society and, of course, our very own Insurance Service.
Commercial and Strategy
We provide the financial and commercial expertise which helps run and develop the business. As well as the production of year end accounts and management information, our responsibilities include delivery of the three year business plan and providing input into new product and partner propositions.

This is all about behind the scenes support to make sure we can deliver the highest levels of service and quality to our customers – not least through our dedicated Service Centre. Our Operations team makes sure everything runs smoothly so that customers receive the very best service at this difficult time. Our Business Support teams make sure our systems work effectively and help to shape and deliver new strategic initiatives.
