Traditionally only firms of solicitors have been able to offer legal services to consumers. Since 2011 changes have been made to allow greater competition in the legal marketplace and enabling Alternative Business Structures (ABS) to offer legal services to consumers.
Since becoming the first ABS licensee in 2012 we have grown considerably as a business and we are proud of our rigorous professional standards. You will be working in an environment that encourages collaboration and team work. You will be in a status-free structure with defined career pathways that allow you to progress your career in line with your aspirations, performance and continuing growth of the business. Unlike most law firms we do not have Partners. Instead we have Managers who are responsible for their team and who are accountable to the business for their own performance and the performance of their team. As of July 2013 we have over 100 qualified solicitors working in our business. We offer routes to qualification but also alternatives which allow for progression in your chosen field of expertise.
