We also need people who have the ability to explain to customers, clearly and concisely, the information they need. Where appropriate, we expect our colleagues to be able to explain the benefits of our services without using complex words, phrases or legal jargon. These are important skills, as they can make the difference between a satisfied customer and a dissatisfied one.
