Our Probate and Estate Administration service is designed to lessen the load at a difficult time. We can complete all the legalities, tax issues and paperwork for our customers to help minimise the burden on them and their time, while keeping them in the picture every step of the way.
You will be one of the first people a customer speaks to. We expect each Probate Advisor to have excellent customer service experience and an ability to deal with people with understanding and compassion. We will give you full training in order to give you the knowledge and skills you need to deal with queries and to offer sound legal advice, discuss customers’ needs, explain our services and arrange for one of our Probate Consultants to meet face-to-face with the customer.

Following contact and advice from our Probate Advisors, you will be the first-and often-only person that our customers meet face-to-face. You will attend meetings at customers' homes and discuss in depth the deceased’s estate. You will provide advice and a fixed fee quotation for our customers. At what is often a very difficult time, you will provide a professional and compassionate service and act as the face of our company. Based predominantly in the field, you will have strong customer service skills, experience of working remotely and an organised and professional approach.

Case Management Administration and Support
Supporting both our case handlers and customers, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with customers and ensuring that all administration supporting the process is undertaken efficiently and in line with the timescales needed to progress the administration of the estate. You will manage all of the paperwork in to the office, update customer files and records electronically and help with daily enquiries. That is why we look for helpful and well organised people who are really looking to work and develop within a legal business.

As a dedicated ‘named’ specialist for our customers, you will manage end-to-end a varied caseload of probate matters, keep customers informed of the progress of their cases, issue all legal paperwork (such as schedule of assets and grant of probate) and manage the entire administration of the estate. You will need good people skills together with probate, estate or trust experience.
