Parts & service roles

Looking after all the repairs and technical side of our work, our Parts & Service teams are literally the ‘engine room’ of our dealership.

Dealing with customers and colleagues, our Parts team makes sure we always have everything we need to fix and service all brands of cars. They take great pride in delivering a fantastic service to our customers, whether they are the general public or other trade professionals.

Right in the front-line of driving a large, successful and expanding business, they order and organise stock, maintain displays, take payments and help to keep the whole team ticking over smoothly. To join us as Parts Manager or Parts Adviser, you will need to be good with people and numbers, and be able to enhance our reputation for outstanding customer service.

In our Service department, we have many different roles, including Service Managers, Workshop Supervisors and Technicians, who repair and service all makes of cars. Offering plenty of training and a variety of vehicles, it is a good place to learn and develop. To join us as a Technician, you will need a recognised qualification, such as C&Gs, an apprenticeship or dealership approved training, together good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

There are other types of jobs here too, including Drivers/Valeters and Service Receptionists, who meet and greet customers and provide the service they have come to expect from
