Sales roles

As one of the UK’s biggest motor businesses, we deal with new and used cars of all brands, but there is far more to our sales team than just the showroom.

The Co-operative Motor Group also offers car fleet management services and motability specialist sales, so there is a big team offering plenty of opportunity to build your skills and career.

This is not about the hard sell, it is about giving excellent advice to our customers.

There is plenty to do, from dealing with customers and new promotions to liaising with the workshop and managing databases, so it is a lively, fast-moving culture, calling for a proven ability, ideally gained within the motor trade, to meet and exceed sales targets. For sales management roles we will also look for a proven ability to lead and coach teams to meet and exceed targets.
