The Co-operative Food is changing. We are refurbishing our network of stores. Our brand has been refreshed and redesigned to reflect our modern, ethical approach. We have launched a number of food ranges that have won over thousands of new customers, and we’ve picked up a number of awards along the way. It is a hugely exciting time for our business and there is plenty more to come. If you are as passionate about food as we are there has never been a better time to join us.

Our fantastic team has already driven so much of what we have achieved. However, we recognise that it is the talent we already have within the business, and the people that join us in the future, that will make sure we continue to succeed and lead the way in food retailing. As we continue to develop new ranges, improve existing products, rollout our store refurbishment plan, and set the standards for freedom foods and Fairtrade, new challenges and opportunities are created for everyone here.
