When developing a new product like our Fairtrade Smoothie, we’ll carry out lots of research and take the product to customer focus groups. We will also use in house tools and our internal market research teams to help us understand the marketplace.
After we’ve created our vision for a new product, our Buyers will assess the commercial viability, forecast sales and level of volume. Our Buyers will then liaise with our suppliers to estimate costs and margins.
