Duty Manager, Shirley store
Anisa joined the Co-operative in 2002 on a part time basis. By 2005 Anisa was promoted to the role of supervisor.
Anisa has worked in the Shirley store for her entire career with the group and cites her favourite aspect of the job as ‘’the community spirit..I know the majority of our customers by name, and enjoy providing them with the highest level of customer service…a lot of our customers are elderly and we regularly assist with walking them around the store, packing bags, and carrying shopping out to the car for them’.
Anisa is keen to develop further in her role as Duty Manager, and sees the acquisition with Somerfield as a great opportunity.
