Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager

Being at the heart of the community means that Co-operative Pharmacy Managers get to know their customers not just by their medical conditions, but by their first names too. You’ll deliver the sales and contribution targets for the branch through delivering professional healthcare to the community, have responsibility for dispensing but also for the branch on a day to day basis in terms of staff, cash, stock, operational and RPSGB (Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain) standards. There will be direct management support from your regional manager as well as day-to-day support from our Field Operations team.

Pharmacy Assistant

We’re well known for our high standard of customer care and as a Pharmacy Assistant you’ll help strengthen our bond with the community even further. Helping to maximise sales within the branch you’ll need to provide excellent customer service whilst using appropriate product knowledge. Previous experience of working within a pharmacy is preferred but not essential as full training can be given.

Dispensing Assistant

You’ll help provide a vital service to our customers through support of the dispensing process within the branch. Helping to maximise sales you’ll need to provide excellent customer service, identifying customer requirements whilst using appropriate product knowledge. Keeping the branch environment safe, clean and meeting operational standards will also be key. Previous experience of working in a pharmacy would be desirable but it’s not essential as training can be given.

Dispensing Technician

Assisting the Pharmacy Manager you’ll help us deliver great customer service in-store. Building on your pharmacy experience, DAC (or NVQ level 2) and NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or recognised equivalent), you’ll provide an efficient dispensing service to customers. You’ll also draw upon your product knowledge to identify customer requirements, ensuring you deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales. In addition to this you’ll ensure the branch environment is safe, clean and meets operational standards.

Driver

By joining one of our branches as a delivery driver, you’ll help take our services directly to the people who matter, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. Deliveries will need to get to the right patient, on time, and you’ll ensure all information is passed to and from the patient correctly. Keeping track of all deliveries taken, and when, will also be key to this role. Previous experience of working within a pharmacy is preferred but not essential.
