To put this into some perspective, we have an annual turnover of £1.2 billion, successfully sending 2.5 million customers to their chosen holiday destinations annually. We also employ in excess of 3,000 staff, who ensure each and every one of our deals is handled efficiently. Add to that the geographical spread and diversity of our business and you have a complex and unique organisation, one that takes a special kind of looking after.
Our Head Office is located in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. We have a purpose-built office which is home to over 250 people across Information Services, Operational and Administration Support, Commercial, Finance, Human Resources and Marketing. Our aim is to help everyone within our group achieve real and lasting success – whether they’re an employee or running their own business within our travel network.
