Working in the travel industry can offer an interesting, rewarding and long-term career. Helping people find the right travel choice for them is in itself stimulating and often complex but a lot of fun.

There’s so much more to the industry. In The Co-operative Travel alone, there are over 3,000 people working across a range of different brands and businesses, selling everything from cruises to camping trips, honeymoons to business trips.

The breadth of different roles is immense too, from Travel Advisors and Branch Managers to HR professionals or Homeworkers – joining us can open up so many possibilities.

Your apprenticeship will consist of training, coaching and support, helping you to achieve NVQ Level 2 followed by NVQ Level 3, as well as skills that will be important to your career development. Due to this unique training and support we’ve seen many of our colleagues advance from being an apprentice to becoming a manager or leader within the industry.
