Salary
We pay highly competitive rates, and salaries increase in line with your skills and experience. (In a recent survey, 60% of our Branch Managers said our package is better than those of our competitors).
Bonus
We believe in rewarding you for the success you help to bring to the business. In our branches, we have just launched a new incentive scheme that gives bonuses for reaching targets for (among other things) prescription sales and reduced wastage. It is not capped either, so your hard work will not go unnoticed!
We also reward excellent service from our Head Office, with a discretionary bonus for colleagues on a managerial contract.
Pension
We operate an award-winning pension scheme, which provides a replacement income of circa 75% of your salary should you be unable to work due to ill health. We also offer life assurance equivalent to three times your salary, ensuring your family will be provided for.
Holiday
You will receive a generous holiday entitlement of at least 24 days, plus nine bank and public holidays. This holiday entitlement will increase with length of service to a maximum of 31 days, depending on your role.
Employee Recognition Scheme
We believe in rewarding our colleagues who go above and beyond what is expected of them, with a ‘thank you’ gift to show our appreciation. This can range from a bottle of champagne to a bunch of flowers.
Long Service Awards
