The Co-operative Pharmacy warehouse colleagues play a critical part in helping us to deliver fantastic customer service. Without their hard work, we would not be able to keep our branches stocked with the huge amounts of medicines and products we sell every day, or help so many customers, or grow our business.
Working in a state-of-the-art, highly automated warehouse, they are responsible for ensuring distribution of products to our network of over 750 branches, and with deliveries to each branch almost every day, that is a lot to get through.
Working shifts, they receive and check incoming goods from our suppliers, and then pick, pack and prepare deliveries for our branches. Detail is important, because it is vital to make certain that the right products go to the right branches, at the right time.
